Stojan Protić (Serbian Cyrillic: Стојан Протић) (January 28, 1857, Varvarin – October 28, 1923) was a Yugoslavian political figure. He served as the prime minister of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes between 1918 and 1919, and again in 1920.
Stojan Protić was an ideologist of the People's Radical Party. He wrote articles for some political magazines. He participated in writing the Serbian constitution in 1888.
After a dispute with Nikola Pašić, in 1903 Protić left and founded the Independent Radical Party that existed until 1919.
